There is the Curtis which has 49 one-bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom units and 3 wheelchair accessible units and Turnure Terrace which has 48 one-bedroom units of state-aided housing. Each unit contains a full bathroom and kitchen with a range and refrigerator. Cable TV is provided at a reduced rate.

Applicants must meet income eligibility guidelines. Rent is based on 27% of monthly income and includes water and sewer. Tenants are responsible for utilities. E

The housing authority owns two special needs properties located at 25 West Street in Lenox, MA and 45 Golden Hill Road in LenoxDale, MA. These properties are designed to accommodate for physically and mentally challenged tenants. Both of these properties are leased by Berkshire County ARC.
